Changes to Relevant Government Department Structures

From the 1st of May 2011, changes have been made to the structures of some of the governmental departments relevant to planning and environmental projects. The Department of Environment, Heritage and Local Government is now Department of Environment, Community and Local Government. Heritage functions, including the National Parks and Wildlife Service and Archaeology/Architectural have moved over to the Department of Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht.
