McCarthy Keville O'Sullivan Ltd. (MKO) has recently secured planning permission on behalf of Cancer Fund for Children Ireland for a therapeutic respite village at Lisloughrey, Cong, Co. Mayo. Working in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary design team involving project architects, traffic and civil engineers, hydrologists and archaeologists MKO managed the application from lodgement through the further information stage and ultimately to a grant of planning permission.
Planning permission was successfully achieved on the site in June 2018 when Mayo County Council issued their Final Grant of Permission. Having regard to the policy framework for the area and the content of the application, Mayo County Council deemed that the proposed development would be in accordance with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area.
