Colm Harte has just recently joined MKO’s Planning team as a Project Planner. Colm holds an honours degree in Geography and Sociology from Maynooth University and obtained his Masters qualification in Regional and Urban Planning from University College Dublin. Colm has more than 7 years’ experience working as a town planner in the public and private sectors in the Australian, UK and Irish context. Most recently Colm was working as a senior development assessment officer with a local authority in London, where he was responsible for the management and assessment of several large scale, mixed use urban regeneration projects. Colm’s career began working with Local Authorities in Ireland, then moving to Australia to further develop both his public and private sector experience in Sydney. Colm has recently returned from the UK to begin his role with MKO.
has recently joined MKO’s Planning Team as a Project Planner with over 6 years of experience in both private practice and local authorities. Carmel holds BA (Hons) in Geography & English, Masters in Regional & Urban Planning and a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Sustainability. Prior to taking up her position with McCarthy Keville O’Sullivan, Carmel worked as an Assistant Planner with Tipperary County Council and held previous posts with Gaelectric, Clare County Council and North Tipperary County Council. Carmel has a specialist knowledge in project management, renewable energy and community engagement and holds membership with the Irish Planning Institute and Licentiate Membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute.
