Draft Donegal County Development Plan 2012-2018 and Environmental Report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of section 11 of the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2010.
The Council have carried out an Environmental Assessment under the Planning and Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations 2004 resulting in an environmental report (that accompanies the draft plan) of the likely significant effects on the environment of implementing the draft plan.
