Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 13(6) of the 2000 Planning and Development Act (as amended), that Kilrush Town Council has prepared proposed modifications of Variation No. 1 to the Kilrush Development Plan 2008 - 2014. The proposed modifications constitute a material alteration of the Proposed Variation No. 1 of the Kilrush Development Plan 2008 - 2014.
Pursuant to the Planning and Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations 2004 and Article 6 of the Habitats Directive 92/43/EEC, the planning authority has determined, under the provisions of Section 13 (6) (aa) of the 2000 Planning and Development Act (as amended), that Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and Habitats Directive Assessment (HDA) are not required to be carried out in respect of the proposed modifications. Copies of the proposed modifications of Variation No. 1 to the Kilrush Development Plan 2008 - 2014 may be inspected below or on Kilrush Town Council website:
