The treatment, recovery or disposal activities to which the waste is subject, including the compilation of commercial documentation for all collected waste deposited at the facility

Any other information as may be specified by a condition of the relevant waste permit or certificate of registration
Holders of waste collection permits must submit their AER to the relevant nominated regional authority by 28th day of February, to include:

Each Local Authority provides a standard template for the completion of Annual Environmental Reports by Waste Facility Permit and Waste Collection Permit holders. This is generally in the format of a Microsoft Excel file containing a number of spreadsheets to be completed. As part of the Waste Management services offered by McCarthy Keville O’Sullivan, our staff can collate on behalf of Waste Facility Permit and Waste Collection Permit holders the required information in the specified format, and ensure that it is submitted along with any required documentation to the relevant Local Authority before the closing date of 28th February.
