Notice is hereby given that Variation No. 1 to the Galway County Development Plan 2009-2015 was made by Galway County Council on 21st July 2011 in accordance with Section 13 of the Planning and Development Acts 2000 – 2010, the Planning & Development (Strategic Environment Assessment) Regulations, 2004 and the EU Habitats Directive (92/43/EEC).
