Ennis Town Council and Clare County Council have prepared proposed modifications of Variation No. 2 of the Ennis and Environs Development Plan 2008-2014. The proposed modifications constitute a material alteration of the proposed Variation No. 2 of the Ennis and Environs Development Plan 2008-2014.
Copies of the following documents may be viewed on line or during normal opening hours from Friday 12th August 2011 to Friday 9th September 2011 (both days inclusive):

- The determination by the Authority that SEA and HDA are required
