Notice is hereby given, that Cavan County Council and Cavan Town Council proposes to make a variation to the Cavan Town and Environs Development Plan (2008 – 2014) under the provisions of Section 13 of the Planning and Development Act 2000- 2010, as amended.

Cavan County Council proposes to make a variation to the Cavan County Development Plan (2008 – 2014) under the provisions of Section 13 of the Planning and Development Act 2000- 2010, as amended.
Scheduled Towns: Bailieborough, Ballyconnell, Ballyjamesduff, Belturbet, Cootehill; Kingscourt; Mullagh and Virginia.
Small Towns and Villages: Arvagh, Ballinagh, Ballyhaise, Bawnboy, Blacklion, Butlersbridge, Crossdoney, Crosskeys, Dowra, Kilcogy, Killeshandra, Kilnaleck, Loch Gowna, Mountnugent, Redhills, Shercock, Stradone, Swanlinbar.
Submissions are accepted from now until Friday 16th September 2011 during normal business hours.
